BJJ Powered by an incredibly accomplished teaching lineup, our school is host to the first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy on the east coast. BJJ is perfect for those interested in fitness, sport Jiu Jitsu competition, MMA training, and/or self defense.

Learn more about Krav Maga training centre, Ireland, dedicated to teaching the most effective self-defence system, Krav Maga, used by Israeli Defence Forces as well as the FBI and the DEA. The training is led by Patrick Cumiskey, Ireland’s only Israeli-trained instructor.
